FAQs
How long does breast milk last in the fridge?
Breast milk can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Once defrosted, any remaining milk should be discarded. Always label and date stored milk before freezing.
Does this hot chocolate contain caffeine?
Cacao naturally contains small residual amounts of caffeine, similar to standard chocolate products.
Caffeine declaration is only required for added caffeine extracts (e.g., guarana).
Can collagen be taken during pregnancy?
Collagen is considered safe during pregnancy and is commonly recommended by naturopaths.
It supports skin elasticity, bones, cartilage, and overall wellness to help you feel your best throughout pregnancy.
Do lactation supplements work?
Research shows lactation-support products can help increase breast milk supply in many breastfeeding women, especially when combined with regular milk removal (breastfeeding or expressing).
