Shipping policy
Quick summary
· Dispatch: Same business day for orders placed before [12pm AEST/AEDT]. Orders after this time, weekends or public holidays ship next business day.
· Rates: Standard $12.95 · Express $17.95 · Free standard over $200 (after discounts).
· Carriers: Australia Post or a trusted courier (tracked).
· Where we ship: Australia-wide.
· Pre-orders: Ship when stock arrives (see Pre-orders).
1) Order processing and dispatch
We aim to pack and send qualifying orders the same business day if received before [12pm AEST/AEDT]. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or public holidays dispatch the next business day. During peak periods (e.g., Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas), dispatch may take up to 48 hours.
2) Shipping options and rates (Australia)
· Standard: $12.95 flat rate Australia-wide
· Express: $17.95 flat rate Australia-wide
· Free standard: orders $200+ (after discounts, before shipping)
Rates may change without notice; final rates appear at checkout.
3) Tracking and notifications
All parcels are tracked. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking link once your order leaves our Wodonga, VIC location.
4) Authority to Leave (ATL)
Many deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave so your driver can leave the parcel in a safe place if you’re not home.
· Parcels left under ATL are the recipient’s responsibility once delivered.
5) Delivery time estimates (after dispatch)
· Standard: typically 3–5 business days (location dependent)
· Express: typically 1–2 business days to most metro areas
Remote and regional areas may take longer. Times are estimates only and can be affected by carrier delays.
6) Pre-orders
Items marked PRE-ORDER ship when stock arrives. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together by default. Want in-stock items sooner? Place a separate order or contact us to arrange a split shipment (additional shipping may apply). ETAs may change due to supplier or freight delays.
7) Address changes and order edits
Need to change your address or edit your order? Email [email protected] ASAP with your order number. Once processing has begun, changes aren’t guaranteed. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, see Return to Sender.
8) Delivery issues and Return to Sender (RTS)
If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect/incomplete, it wasn’t collected, or delivery was refused, we can:
· Refund the order value minus the actual outbound shipping cost and any RTS fee; or
· Reship once the re-shipping fee is paid.
If the RTS is our or the carrier’s error, we’ll resend at no cost.
9) Lost, delayed or missing parcels
Check your tracking first. If stalled or missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then email [email protected]. If the carrier confirms a loss, we’ll arrange a replacement (or refund if stock is unavailable).
10) Damaged items on arrival
Email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the packaging and damage, and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement for the damaged item or a refund for that item.
11) PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and rural addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post. Rural/remote deliveries may take longer and may require collection from a local depot or Post Office.
12) International shipping
We [currently do / do not] ship internationally. If enabled: costs/times vary by destination. Duties, taxes and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. Ensure your items comply with your country’s import rules.
13) Peak periods and public holidays
Transit times can extend during high-volume periods (e.g., major sales, Christmas). For time-sensitive orders, choose Express at checkout.
14) Returns
