These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Your Wellness Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) and purchases from [www.yourwellnesshub.com.au]. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

2) Using this site

Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Don’t disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse content, reviews, or messaging.

3) Health and safety

Products and content are general in nature and not medical advice. Follow product labels and manufacturer instructions. If you have health conditions, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding considerations, seek professional advice before use. Stop use if adverse symptoms occur.

4) Products, pricing & availability

• We do our best to keep product details, images, and pricing accurate. Minor differences in packaging or batch may occur.
• All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• We may change prices, limits, or discontinue items at any time.

5) Orders & payment

• Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm by email when accepted.
• If an item is unavailable, pricing is obviously incorrect, or payment can’t be processed, we may cancel and refund.
• We accept payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., cards, Shop Pay, PayPal). Payments are processed by secure third parties—we don’t store full card details.

6) Shipping

• We ship Australia-wide only.
• Standard: $10 flat rate · Express: $15 flat rate · Free standard over $150 (after discounts).
• Dispatch, delivery timeframes, Authority to Leave, pre-orders, returns to sender, and loss/damage handling are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7) Returns & Australian Consumer Law

• Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
• For change-of-mind returns and timeframes, see our Returns Policy. Items must meet the stated return conditions.

8) Promotions, bundles & vouchers

• Promotions and bundles are for limited times and while stocks last.
• Conditions (dates, minimum spend, exclusions) are shown on the promo.
• One code per order unless stated otherwise. Not redeemable for cash.
• Gift cards/vouchers are valid for the period shown and treated like cash—please keep them safe.

9) Subscriptions [optional—delete if not used]

If you offer “subscribe & save”: by joining, you authorise recurring charges until you pause or cancel per the settings shown at checkout/your account. Price changes will be notified in advance.

10) Reviews & user content

• Keep reviews respectful, truthful, and relevant to the product.
• We may moderate or remove content that’s unlawful, misleading, or offensive.
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your review on our site and marketing channels.

11) Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by us or our partners and protected by IP laws. You must not copy or use it without permission, except for normal browsing and placing orders.

12) Third-party services

We use reputable providers (e.g., Shopify, payment gateways, couriers). Their terms may apply to parts of your experience. We’re not responsible for third-party sites linked from ours—check their policies.

13) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits your ACL rights. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For issues not covered by the ACL, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

14) Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to that policy.

15) Force majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, strikes, natural events).

16) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version applies when published on our site.

17) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria.
